Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINALE! We DO NOT Accept refunds on any items sold. However, you may be able to exchange certain item(s) as long as it is before item(s) ship and available inventory. PLEASE NOTE, everything will be at the brands discretion. Please contact us at info@prolifictendencies.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Items can only be exchanged PRIOR to shipping, if item(s) are available. If you are exchanging an item for a different item you will be expected to pay the difference prior to exchange. PLEASE NOTE, This will be on a case to case basis, at the brands discretion.
