International Customers: Orders are typically processed and shipped within (3–6 business days) (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.

*Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with the following trusted carriers to deliver your order:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within (3–6 business days) for U.S. orders. Shipped via USPS or UPS
Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options available (2-3 business days). Shipped via UPS or USPS.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. Shipped via DHL, USPS, or UPS.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.


4. International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally! However, please be aware that:
- Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.


5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from USPS, UPS, or DHL, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.


6. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there are situations beyond our control that can impact shipping times, such as:

Please note: Once a package is shippedwe are no longer responsible for it. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking and delivery confirmation.


8. Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. If this happens, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.
